Email addresses: I can create either an inbox that you can access on your computer, phone, tablet etc. Or I can create an email address which will forward to an existing email address. Please state if you would like an inbox or forwarder and what address you would like?

What pages would you like on the site?

Will you supply text for the site?

Will you supply images for the site?

I allow Image You to store this information for the sole purpose of gathering requirements of a project and it will be not used for any other purpose.
